They will be hosting two, four hour shows each week featuring the best in Canadian underground indie music. The shows air Saturday and Sunday at 9am Pacific/Noon Eastern.
For those who have yet to join the satellite revolution, the Saturday program is repeated Saturday nights on good ol' fashioned CBC Radio 2 from 9pm Pacific/Midnight Eastern).
For those of you who are closer to a computer than a transistor radio, you can visit www.cbc.ca to find out how to listen to radio 2 online on Saturday nights.
We now have keys to the CBC. And an office. Who knew?

x2 four hour shows a week? Jesus - it's gonna be hard packing all those "best" indie bands in. hahaha. I hope all these great bands don't piss our new hosts off the air before my own next record comes out. Could be my only chance! haha
Better idea: why doesn't the cbc tell Jay to stay at home with his Smiths singles & let Chris play ABBA & ELO all day?! Hahaha
Dudes - stay on at least until the end of summer '06 - so that you can play my new band's Kinky stuff - we're called Columbus & I'm the new star guitar!! Everyone else are going to look like a bunch of jerks - just wait & see! haha

I'am you'r dancing friend from Antigonish.I still have pictures from outside of the StUdant Union Building of ST. FX campus. I lisson to 50 tracts on the radio.
