Camden Underworld

Doors: 7:30
Sloan: 8:30
Members of Sloan will be personally selecting the music, so come early to hear some cool pre-show music.
We have had a blast in Spain with The Soundtrack Of Our Lives. In fact, they are the soundtrack of my life right now as I write this post while they play their show in Zaragoza. The shows have been fantastic and we are already plotting our return...in less than 5 years.
I will try to crack the whip on tour diaries and such so you can get all of the dirt.

Sounds like you all had a brilliant time in Spain! I'm glad it's all gone so well.
Am obviously really looking forward to London next week; I'll be there with bells on! heh! And, of course, I will be arriving as early as possible; I plan to arrive in Camden early afternoon, check into my hotel and mosey on down to my favourite watering hole, the Oxford Arms, on the High St until my friends and beau meet me later in the afternoon. Then we'll be straight into World's End/Underworld hyped up and extremely happy to be entertained by my all-time favourite band. An Evening With Slooooo-aaan!
Here's hoping I can wade through the crowds of adoring fans in the hope that I might possibly meet some (or all!) of you to say hello to. It would be great to meet and say hi to Christine and Mike too! I'm shy about this, but am determined to get over it by Tuesday!
See you in London!
XxX
PS. I think the idea of foregoing a support act is definitely the way forward for this gig. This enables us to maximise our Sloan time and revel in Sloanalicious goodness! :-)
PPS. Crack that whip, Mike! We all want to see updated tour diaries!

Hey, people, what happened in your show here in Madrid?. i must admit i went to see TSOOL, but a friend of mine told me about you as the real cracks. Your gig was a bit cold, you played hard but it sounded not very good and there was no magic. But now i am listening your a-sides win and i find a great band.
Guys, you must come back to Madrid...I promise to go see you again and be the first to encourage you ;-)
By the way, the hall where you played has been closed. Many good shows there (those Tindersticks, Low) and some lousy (F****** Ian Brown, the worst pop player i have ever saw live)
