Our server did not handle the file very well so I took it down. I just put it up on YouTube. Hopefully this solves the slow streaming issues.
Ever wonder how bands spend their hard-earned days off on the road, look no further...

Yeah, I've seen this video twice on TV and videotaped (Of course!!)!
This is so funny! :) I saw another video and Chris was trying a big jumping device or something in West Edmonton Mall! That was pretty amusing too!
I'm looking forward to more SLOAN info!

For years I've thought Sloan would be a perfect group to host the Junos and/or a weekly music show on CBC. Having seen them in their Halloween costumes (on MuchMusic, no?) was an all-time classic and I'm so surpised it never made it onto the A Sides DVD. Anyway, you guys would be great, performing a song or two per show, throwing in one or two goofy skits or films like the new one and hosting cool bands (some new, some maybe a bit older, etc.) from across the country and maybe even some foreign bands that are touring the country and making waves. You could even try out a few covers of (Canadian/other) classics, serious or tongue in cheek -- god, I'm thinking Seasons in the Sun or something on the level by Steppenwolf. They cancelled Zed so now's the time for somebody SMART at the CBC (or CTV/Global/Much) to pick up this idea and run with it. Run it late at night so the guys can be themselves!

Michael, check out CBC Radio 3 Saturday night at midnight (EST). Chris and Jay host their own radio show, showcasing all sorts of cool music that has yet to reach mainstream ears (and some that already has). Along with the music, there's also alot of cool and funny Sloan stories that they talk about. They haven't been broadcasting the last couple of weeks because they wanted to take some time off to focus on the new Sloan album, but they should be back on in the next couple of Saturdays.
Deanne - May 17, 2006 3:18 AM
What!! No show in Edmonton. AAAh. God that video was so funny you guys. Like some weird cross between Blair Witch & Deliverance, hilarious;especially at the end when everybody starts laughing.
I can't wait to hear some new Sloan, sure I'll like it already. Like everybody else I'll be counting on Patrick for a rocker and Jay for a slow song. Really looking forward to a song or two by Andrew especially since he didn't sing any songs on "Action Pact". And of course Chris'll have some songs about girls. Wouldn't be Sloan if he didn't.
Tour dates would be good. See you in the summer..... Deanne
