This is pretty scrappy, but it was a lot of fun! Members of Sloan, Nick Detoro and the Yoko Casionos performing ELO's "Don't Bring Me Down" at our Rolling Stones after-party at the Seahorse, Sept 23rd.
That is beautiful. It is scrappy, but that's what makes it so much fun to watch. I'm a huge ELO fan... Jeff Lynne would be pleased. Long live the Fan Film Festival.
Got this off the Oktoberfest website, "This year, for one night only, Rock and Polka will come together at the Molson Canadian Rocktoberfest Haus Party. The entertainment for this event are SLOAN and WALTER OSTANEK. It is guaranteed to be a night to remember!"
Now isn't that the dream show you've always wanted to see? I wonder how many polkas Sloan knows?
And to think Hillary knew all of the words to a song from long before she was born! I applaud Chris for how he handled it all. And note how Patrick was smiling through the whole song.
19 days until I see them for the first time in Vancouver!
Cindy that video is amazing! It should definitely be posted as the next FFF segment. It is just the best piece of video I have ever seen in my life. Sloan are truly the greatest.
Are they going to have any promotional videos for this album? Or have they already made one? I'm not in the country right now, so I'm out of the loop...
