Wow. He used lots of big words that I've never heard of like...Credit. Or horizons. Looks like I'd be eating with Jay. It figures since I have the same guitars that I'd eat steak and fries with him. But as long s the goose stuff was well done maybe I'd try it...Probably not. How about pancakes? Ok, I'll shut up.
Beth, you totes beat me to the punch. That was the best phrase in the entire interview right there. I can see it being a ridiculous band name in future (ONE NIGHT ONLY! SUSHI INFRASTRUCTURE! WORST BAND EVER!) or something.
Also, I love that he nailed Jay as the finicky eater and then went on to describe his own favourite food in a PARAGRAPH. Andrew, you are awesome. AND LULA IS SOON.
Sounds like a wonderful meal.If you and your family are ever interested in a meal prepared entirely from yummies in Ontario,my family and I would like to introduce you to CANADIAN CUISINE.I'll be dancing to your new cd in Sarnia and Chatham, hope record sales are thru the ROOF!!!!
Funny, I didn't have Jay pegged as a "steak & fries" guy at all. I would've thought he'd be a vegetarian. No real reason, just a veggie vibe about him... :) Andrew's totally right about all the great markets, bakeries and specialty shops in TO--when I lived there, I spent waaaay too much time at the cheese shop in Kensington. It rocked.
Haha, most fair skinned redheads I know are Veggies. I too am surprised that Jay is the "Steak and Chips" guy (sorry I'm from Australia, I couldnt bring myself to say "fries")
Just ordered my copy of "never hear the end of it" off maplemusic. 7-12 Days Int Air Freight is wayyyy too long! :(

I do believe Andrew has coined a term that I will henceforth be using: "sushi infrastructure".
