Yay for good reviews. I'm glad this album is so well received. Sloan approached this album perfectly. The album seems and sounds fresh and the positivity emanating from the band gives it a really good vibe. (Whoa, I feel like Donald Sutherland circa Kelly's Heroes after that sentence).
52 seconds? Looks like we're down to 29 tracks already. Just as I suspected! And I thought that was Andrew's song based on the movie clip. Wasn't he the one giving vocal instructions to the rest of the band on that tune?
It is Andrew's, according to the Episode 3 sneak peek. Chris was red, Jay - yellow, Patrick - green, Andrew - blue. The block on "I Can't Slep" was blue. Stewart Berman appears to have been mistaken, unless something really weird has changed since episode 3.
After reading that EYE review, my curiosity is officially piqued. After years of Sloan devotion, I passed on "Action Pact" (CD & tour), but I'm hopeful for this one... :)
