Sloan have been confirmed as support on the Foo Fighters upcoming dates in Western Canada. If their show that we caught at Lee's Palace a couple of weeks ago was any indication, fans are going to be treated to some great nights of rock and roll.

Aug 5 - Vancouver - Pacific Coliiseum
Aug 7 - Edmonton - Rexall Place
Aug 8 - Calgary - Pengrowth Saddledome
Aug 10 - Winnipeg - MTS Centre

A few more dates to add to the list. We are looking forward to a little midwestern run in July. Please join us if you are able.

I should have a few more interesting dates to announce soon. I am working on some more central canadian dates (including Toronto), hopefully some more California shows, and of course some dates in eastern Canada.

Do not lose all hope for international shows. We are working with some international partners and hope to have some exciting announcements before too long.

It is getting very hot here in Toronto. The summer shows have officially begun. Hope to see you at one before long!

These new logo shirts were very popular on tour, and I promised that we would have more colors and sizes available online.

I am waiting for a few more items to add to our online catalog that I am sure will make great Sloan gifts. Stay tuned to updates.

I have just posted all of the upcoming dates that have been confirmed. We are still putting together some mid-western US dates for early July, and we will be adding Canadian festival and club dates as they become available.

Our friends and families in eastern Canada can rest assured that they have not been forgotten, we are planning a September run of university and club shows that will cover the maritimes.

Thanks again to everybody who came out to the western shows and helped make the last couple of weeks such a success.

Sloan have been having a great time on the road over the last couple of weeks! We'd like to send a special thanks to Magneta Lane and The Minus Five for supporting on these dates.

"A Sides Win" was released in the US on Koch Records last Tuesday. If it is not available in your local shops, please request that they order it. Make sure to check to see if you are getting the version with the bonus DVD, it is definitely worth the extra couple of bucks.

Sloan (or at least some of them) will be breakfasting at CFOX radio tomorrow morning, May 5th. Apparently the fellows will be donning their chef's hats and cracking the eggs on breakfast for the studio audience.

Sloan have spent the day in a secret studio location filming another (!?) video for their latest single "All Used Up". This new video will feature Patrick's trusty white Mercedes, and at least one fake moustache. All other details are currently under wraps.

We are now considering treatments for a third video for "All Used Up". Let us know if you have any good ideas.

Maplemusic have managed to secure some tickets for the Calgary and Edmonton shows. If you want to buy early from the convenience of home, or are traveling to see the band and don't want a last minute disappointment, pick them up online, now!
