"A TRIBUTE TO THE MUSIC OF PAUL McCARTNEY - WARM AND BEAUTIFUL (Imperial Records International) will be released on April 24th as a double CD, exclusive to Japan. This is the much talked about Paul McCartney tribute album that is the first to be released by a major label. 31 bands including Owsley, Matthew Sweet, SR-71, Sloan, Semisonic, Finn Brothers, and World Party. Each artist has covered these internationally beloved songs of Paul McCartney in their own style, producing a wonderful listening experience. 31 tracks."

"Sloan will be doing a showcase on Thursday April 18th, presented by Open Mike. It will consist of about five songs, after the show's taping. The arrival time for the showcase will be 7:00pm- 7:20pm, and it will be located at the Masonic Temple (888 Yonge Street, at the corner of Yonge and Davenport) in Toronto.

Chris and Patrick will be dropping by Edge 102 on Friday, March 22nd to perform three songs live. They're set to show up at about 6:50 pm ET, but fans can also listen live on the web at the station's official site.
Sloan have been nominated for two Juno Awards for "Best Single" (If It Feels Good Do It) and "Best Rock Album" (Pretty Together). This year, the show takes place in St. John's NFLD, and will air nationally on April 14 on CTV (8pm ET).
The Grope For Luna art exhibition is centered around the work and influence of pop/rock band The Pixies. Several paintings by Andrew are currently on display as part of the show (two blue dogs named "Kim & Kelly Deal". Mwaha.) The show runs till Feb 28 at the 64 Steps Contemporary Arts gallery (1164 Queen W., Toronto.)
