It's now 2005, and I'm reflecting back to when I saw Sloan at my campass 5 years ago in 2000. I remember about half way through their gig all the guys in the band moved around on stage and started playing each other's instruments. I was so impressed at how skilled they all were and the energy they created from their show. They all seem like a cool bunch of guys. I guess I'll find out when I meet them this New Year's Eve in downtown Barrie when they play there. I will be opening up for their concert. Who would have thought 5 years ago when I first saw them I would have an opportunity like this.
