This was the first, and as of right now the only) Sloan show I've been to. It was at Maxwells and as far as NJ, USA goes...it's the best. It's especially the best when you guys are filling it with your undeniable presence. Upon trying get tickets it was sold out BUT y buddy Jay won two tickets from a local radio station and was gracious enough to supply me with the other. Yu opened with The Other Man which is my favorite track on Prett Together. From that moment on it was magic. I couldn't believe your numerous change ups on stage. And the harmonies you all pull off are flawless and outstanding. Thank you sooo much for one of my top musical experiences.
Took a few of my friends along to the show who had never heard or heard of the band. These gals were more than impressed to say the least and at least once a month the inevitable drunken exageratted "SSSSSLLLLLOOOOAAANNN" is bellowed into the night by one of them. Great show, great time.
