YOUR SHOW WAS AWESOME!
to the drummer...you are damn fine!!
All in all a very solid show. The band must of thought they were playing a gig in the twilight zone when they saw the tiny stage and the "Love Boat" dance floor with all the tables in the middle of it. Nevertheless, the guys did not mail in their performance - instead opting to rock out like the place was a major venue.
A minor criticism would be how the lead guitars tended to get lost in the sound mix, but the vocals were strong and upfront, and the harmonies were generally pretty locked in, which is probably more important.
Too bad there weren't a few more tunes from Andrew (but alas that would have meant more "exuberant" drumming from Chris), but hey, why carp?
It was great to hear tunes from every single album,
like "Underwhelmed" in the encore, as well as lots of stuff from Action Pact. Nice work guys, thanks for coming.
Great show , I hope you all come and rock our little town again
Underwhelmed??? Consider yourselves very lucky, Penticton. :) Sad to report, they didn't do "Underwhelmed" in Edmonton, for what I swear was the first time *ever.* 'sigh' :(
wow.. great show
Hope to catch as many of your shows as un-humanly
possible. especially liked the old stuff.
