No one has sent us videos from the show yet! Send us your video so we can add it to the site.
It's 7:30 in the morning and I'm already pumped up for this show. 3 of us are driving from SC, about 2.5 hours. I know it will will be well worth it. I'll go ahead and put in my request for "Sinking Ships" now in hopes that the set list Gods will oblige. Will check back in after the festivities. SLOAN ROCKS!
Driving 3 hours to see Sloan tonight. I'm just stoked to hear the classics, and I know that it will be enough to keep me rockin 3 hours home when the show is over! Tonight's drive is dedicated to you, because this drive is for people who know what rock and roll is about.
A two and a half hour drive tonight, and I can't wait. I hope they revive Penpals tonight.
What a great night! This is the second time I caught Sloan at the Cradle and it was just as good as the first. The audience was small, but loud. Chris apologized a couple of times for not feeling well, but he looked/sang/played just fine- no need to apologize to us!
They hung out afterwards and talked to the folks, which was pretty cool. Sloan is the best bend because they are the most unpretentious band.
I also got Chris to sign a poster for my class. I teach a 7th grade and I play Sloan all the time during lunch- the kids dig 'em.
Well, thanks guys for such a great show and y'all come back, ok?
Yes, very good show last night--an especially admirable effort considering the small crowd and Chris not feeling well. Highlights: jam at the end of "Sensory Dep," Jay's song "Step On It Jean," and a nice mellow version of "I Am The Cancer."

It was my first time hearing Sloan, and by the end of the night I knew that it was one of those bands that'd i'd be willing to listen to again. Sadly, I didnt get to meet them, but hopefully I will at the chicago concert.
