Oh happy day!! Only 12 more hours till show time!! Hope to see you all there!

Hey Chris,
Thanks for the drum stick! You are a god amongst men. It was really cool that you stayed after the show to talk with your fans.

P.S. Rhett thinks Jay is cute!

Just got back from the show. Though there were a few technical difficulties, it was still a kick ass performance! I felt sorry for Andrew though, as he particularly seemed to be having difficulties with is equipment. First off, you could tell he was really frustrated with his malfunctioning guitar (and/or amp) by the end of Sensory Deprivation, via the finger he was waving in the air. He was also having problems with his vocal mic beside the drum kit, it kept coming loose and falling down. And to top it all off, the bass drum skin broke! Nevertheless, I thought he still did an amazing job throughout the show, he is by far one of the best rock drummers out there. Chris, Jay and Patrick managed to pull off a great show as well, bravely soldiering through all the tech problems. I think at first Chris was kind of down about their performance, but towards the end the audience's energy seemed to revive his spirits, and by the encore he seemed his usual charming self! The only dissapointment I had was that no songs from Smeared were played. However, I was very pleased you played "I Can Feel It", and I found it neat when Chris invited that girl up to help sing it. She looked pretty happy to be up there! That's another thing, there was great interaction with the audience throughout the entire show. Anyways, I was given my ticket to this show as a birthday present, and what a birthday treat it was!Long live Sloan!

great show tonight. i mean GREAT show. what was that eye rolling thing that pat did when chris yelled in the mic though? ;)

just kidding, but seriously..awesome

Hey guys, great show. I was surprised by the turnout, but all in all a good vibe was felt. Thanks for doing the last one here in Hamilton. The opening band (money money) blew me away good choice.
And most off all thanks for taking the time to meet the fans truly amazing I'll never get over it, getting to hug you guys and kiss your cheeks(Chris and Jay) made my year, seriously, priceless.
Good work this tour, I'll be sure to catch you guys plenty more next round....
Much love Chantel

Great show, really nice to see the guys having a fun show back here in CA. Penpals and the girl who got to do I Can Feel It, amazing. Lots of older tunes, and the power songs as well. Did anyone keep a set list?

Was my Birthday weekend, what a great present. 8)

Hoping for more new toons in '05 and more Rock and Roll!

Hey. You guys were great! I'm upset that I didnt get to go on stage because I love you so much Chris! The concert rocked!!!

Hey Sloan,

The show was Great, i already got my pictures Developed, but the one taken with Chris didn't fully turn out...damn! well maybe next time. great show all in all. i think the tech problems added to the show. cause you had to interact more wiht the audience. i still think my favorite things was like....3 hours b4 the show when Chris And Patrick walked right out the front doors past us, almost to check if anyone was there to see if they'd come. and then to see Jay walk out after them a few mins later...and comming back walking right past us. i think that's great, or insane, j/k, that you guys would walk outside where ppl are b4 the show.i woulda said hi, but i was a little shocked and kinda afriad u were in the mood...oh well...thanks Chris for the picture and the autograph. Jay you totally Rock, it was my first time seeing you guys live...andwhen i looked at you, i kept thinking...wow, he reminds me or Mr. Harrison from a small band called The Beatles...or something like that....come back soon...looking forward to a new album...oh thanks for Lines You Amend..lol....i duno if ya noticed me in the front..."You Are Here" but great show once again. and u really should release it as a live CD....lol...with all the pauses and tech problems lol. anyways Keep Rockin'

Even with the technical problems, it was still a great show; especially with the crowd's enthusiasm. Can't wait until your next show! And it was certainly nice to speak to Jay again.

yet again amazing show! That was my 5th sloan concert and you guys never seem to fail me! Can i just say, Miranda who ever you are I am quite jelous, you did a great job rocking out with the band! Hope to see you all at the Kee next summer!

The I Can Feel It GirlNovember 28, 2004

Thank-you for making my dreams come true SLOAN!!!
You guys are soo amazing. I'm still in shock about the whole experience. I never thought my tiny sign would get me so far, and it was such a long shot dream of mine to get up on stage with you. The show rocked, I heard most of my faves and was really glad to hear She says what she means. Big thanks to Jay and Chris for hanging around afterwards to sign stuff and take pictures. By the way Jay, I ended up finding the jay pin. It ended up being stuck inside my shirt.
Ahhhhh Patrick, I can't forget Patrick! It was a blast singing I Can Feel It with you, I loved every minute of it. Thanks for the hug+kiss, you are a real sweetheart and sooo HOT.

Chris you are truly my hero! Thank-you for pulling me on stage. Cool things never happen to me. I never win lotteries or stuff like that so I'm good for awhile now.
Andrew I was really impressed with People of the Sky and Sensory Deprivation.
Jay you are so darn cute with those braces of yours!! Thanks so much for False Alarm. Please come back to the kee to bala this summer!!!! That show was amazing!
Anyways, thanks agian. I've got great memories of my 20th Birthday thanks to you guys. By the way Chris, I've got a thing for Patrick, but WE will always have OUR kiss.
xoxo
~MIRANDA~

Thanks for putting on a great show boys!! I am proud of you for putting up with some of the difficulties, but you had an enthusiastic, energetic, and well-behaved audience (patting all of us on the back) that you worked into a lather despite it all! Thanks also to Chris and Jay for sticking around and appeasing us overzealous fans. Oh, how you make us girls swoon! I am glad you enjoyed the home-made t-shirt, and thanks for sigining it in a "tricky" place. Can't wait until next time, but don't leave us hanging for too long, okay?

You're show on Saturday was awesome! First of all, I've never been front row at a concert before and by the time you guys came of stage everyone was pushing and me and my sister ended up being around front row centre! I swear that Chris was getting mad at me and my sister 'cause he kept looking at us 'cause we weren't singing along to most of the songs, but oh well. We ended up leaving early because there was a big accent going back home to Grimsby and the whole road was blocked off so we had to tak the long way home. Thats too bad that we didn't get to stay because meeting you guys would of been the best thing ever to happen in my life. I promise myself that one day I will meet you guys. By the way, even tho the whole set was almost falling apart, you guys stuck together really well and pulled through it. It was also pretty good when Chris messed up the song..instead of singing "..doesn't know i've crossed the line..." he sang "...doesn't know i've walked the line.." haha everyone in the crowed looked so confused until he corrected himself..Anyways..come to Hamilton more often! You guys rock!! This was a concert i'll never forget :)

What can I say?? Sloan, you're all seriously awesome (and incredibly professional) musicians. I'm inclined to angree with Greg-of-the-above-post when saying that the technical difficulties probably did add to the show, because the guys had to work/rock harder. And they did a great job of it. They really seemed to dig the energy of the crowd (I think we were all blown away by what a good job they were doing carrying on.) I absolutely can not wait until the next album and more shows.
You guys just keep getting better and better

WOO CHRIS ARMY!!

Hi, Sloan! This was a fun show. My crazy friend is the "I Can Feel It" girl and I'm pretty sure this will be the highlight of her life. Chris, that was so nice of you to invite her up on stage. It's really too bad that she said she's saving herself for Patrick.

Do you ever watch Degrassi? Man, that's a good show.

Good show indeed, despite all the tech problems. Really enjoyed hearing some older stuff, and it was cool that it wasn't a huge crowd. Chris' interaction with the audience was excellent as usual, although I must say that my eyes went a shade greener when that girl got to kiss him. hehe. But that was a very cool thing to do.
Also, I like to thank the guys for such a great tour this year, especially Jay for One Hot August Night, which was the most amazing show of the year. I think it's so great to give Canadian artists a chance to get together and just rock out.
Oh, and after reading the article in "View" I must also say that I hope that your record label woes will smooth out, and that if they don't we'll still be seeing some albums released through Murderecords, I know there is still a whole lot of Sloan to go around!
Thanks again for a great show and a great tour!

Hey, I really enjoyed the concert you guys did back on the 27th in Hamilton! I love your music, I have just about every song from Action Pact and some others from Pretty Together and Navy Blues memorized, thats how much I listen to your music, and when ever my school plays The Rest Of My Life in the morning I start to sing, I'm not the greatest but I just enjoy the music. I'm looking forward to your new greatest hits/single thats comming out and I think that the whole DVD thing will be awesome! When ever its released I'm glad to say that I'll be in the store looking for it! Hope you guys come back to Hamilton again some time soon or some where close to Welland 'cause I wanna see you guys in concert again!

awe takes me back for sure! know that these days will pass..I promise! lol you are doing a great job conmortifg your sweet babe and napping when he does! Finding balance with work and baby is tough! I still do not have it mastered not many mamas do. Our babes have minds of their own and don't fit into a neat little schedule:) (boy..don't we wish they did:) ha Hugs to you!
