My first Sloan show. They were great. I'm deaf in my left ear so it must have been a good time. Please come back frequently.
Sloan can change the physical properties of nature with their rocking! They blew the doors off fucking Dante's! The place is as big as a garage. "Live On" and "False Alarm" were awesome. It was nice to here "I am the Cancer". Two nights of "Sensory Deprivation" starves you for more. Please come back to the Northwest more often. Sloan, you can lead us to a better way of life! Thanks for calling me a dork for going to both the Seattle and Portland shows Chris.
I saw Sloan last night for the very first time and was fully blown away. I went to the show with high expectations and was not let down. One of the better rock shows I've seen recently. Please make Portland a regular tour stop, we need the rock.
I'm still a bit hearing impaired in the right ear and hoarse from Saturday's show, but Sloan's triumphant return to Portland was just beyond words.
Absolutely amazing show. Worth the 12 year wait :)

The Sloan show was amazing. I missed the show with The Strokes and was worried I wouldn't have another chance. All I can say, "I'm on medication right now. The show was amazing." Sloan delivered an amazing show. I had a feeling that they were going to be a force to behold. Enough said. What an amazing band. I am so glad that they were able to come through Portland. I hope that the lame crowd won't dissuade them from ever coming back. They kicked more ass than I thought was possible. Please come back and rock Portland again!
It was such a relief to finally see Sloan somewhere where a trip across country wasn't involved! Thank you so much again for coming! How DARE I forget how fantasmic a Sloan performance is? I couldn't stop grinning! And thanks, Chris, for not stomping on my fingers when you were working the stage, or bonking me in the head with your bass! :) Thanks, too, for helping me with the means to replace all of my stolen cd's and for the drumstick!
