Sloan

Hello.

What an incredible show this evening. I was fortunate enough to be 2nd row center for my first Sloan concert. I am also happy to say that I was not disappointed in the least. What a great show! There was a nice set list (both in length and in choice of songs) I will be looking forward to seeing you again.

SO GREAT! BEST CONCERT OF MY LIFE! and i've seen a lot...
MET THEM ALL! ANDREW, PATRICK, JAY, CHRIS!
They signed my shirt, and i talked to Patrick for a good 15 min, and i got to step ONE FOOT onto their tour bus, which is good enough for me!
-I can die happy now...
And the guitarist from their opening band got mugged :( bad sign that Calgarys going down the you know what hole...

Awesome show last night at the Whiskey in Calgary. Sloan came on around 11pm and rocked the joint. I've been a long time fan, but this was my first opportunity to see the boys live. Totally met expectations and am considering making my way up to Red Deer for next weekends gig. Great Show, Awesome Disc, Tremendous Band.

Hey, didn't make it to the concert last night, because sadly, I'm just shy of my 18th birthday.

I'm very curious though as to what Sloan was using in the way of an organ and keyboard setup. I like to think they lugged around a grungy B3 ('cause that would make Flying High Again sound really wicked live), but somehow I have a feeling that may just be a romantic fantasy.

If anyone knows, please let me know!

Wow! Great show. You boys slay me. Love the new stuf. Chris is as cute as ever. Patrick's licks were awesome. Jay is beautiful (of course). Andrew...purrfect. Haven't seen you guys in a while. Keyboards are a nice touch (guest keyboard player has a silly hat. Plays well). Loved the show. Come back soon. Pleeeeeeaaassse!
