Chris asked about first-timers - my pal Dave and I made this our first-ever Sloan show. We flew in from Kansas City, and it was totally worth it. I know it was close to the end of a long tour, so I can't be too upset about one brief encore. As it was we heard most of NEVER HEAR THE END OF IT, plus a great mix of "the hits." A bunch of my friends were wowed by your SXSW set, which had me green with jealousy for missing it, but this was an even better make-up.

Fantastic show! A lot of material off the new album, which was great to hear live. And it was really cool to meet Jay after the show out in front of the theater, just hanging out. See you next time in Chicago!

Definition of tight: see sloan Saturday at the Metro By far the best I've heard you guys in 10 years of shows, like fine wine. Chris thanks for the advice after the show, I'll work on the "soft sell".
