I suppose i'll be the first to let u know how the show went at the wave...Thought the entire night was a blast and was thrilled with the encore when members of the Yoko casiono's were invited on stage. You boys really are crowd pleasers. Hope to see in back on the island again soon, next time Jay the pretzles are on me!

This show was excellent. 21 of the 31 songs they played were from the new album, including every single one of Andrew's songs. Most people didn't know the new ones since the album has only been out for a week, but the songs are so good that it didn't matter. One of the high points of the show was definitely Andrew's first set, especially Living With the Masses/HFXNSHC/Blackout. Then that was followed up with The Good in Everyone and The End of the Race. The funny thing though was that when Chris was playing drums, he was also playing with a maraca in one hand, which was tossed to him by Greg, the Fifth Sloan.
The other thing of note was the encore. The band came out without Andrew, but with Misty and Juice from the Yoko Casionos. They played I Was Wrong (which wasn't listed on the setlist), with Juice on drums and Misty trading back and forth vocals with Patrick. Very cool. Then Chris coaxed Andrew back onto the stage (he already had his hoodie on and everything, as if he was halfway to the bus already). Juice moved to bass so that Chris was free to roam and play around during The Rest of My Life. Misty also did some vocals on this one. Greg even came out from his hiding place behind the keyboards and played his tambourine out front between Jay and Misty. After that, the Yokos left the stage and they closed with IIFGDI. There was a funny moment in that song too. At one point Chris took the mic into his hand and then he went back to playing bass with mic still in his right hand. Except that he forgot about it, so he sang his next line of vocals into an empty mic stand before realizing the mic was still in his hand. Funny stuff.
After the show I got to talk to Patrick, Chris, and Greg. BTW, Greg is a really nice guy. He actually asked me my name, and that made a big impression on me. Most guys in that situation wouldn't really care.

Hello Sloan.
Charlottetown was #2 of you 4 me.
Individually, your personalities onstage are
enough to make the live show worth it.
The music from you is certainly golden.
Andrew Scott, where you got that incredible guitar you were playing, i do not know.
Thankyou again.
