This show was friggin' awesome. This was the first time I've seen Sloan, and they had a great energy and came out swinging. They opened with Flying High Again, and off they went. Highlights of the show to me were Money City Maniacs (featuring an newly purchased siren from Ebay), The Good In Everyone, If It Feels Good, Do It, and the new Another Way I Could Do It. Lots of new stuff, and it all sounded great. I'll be back the next chance I get to see these guys.

I had tickets. I couldn't go. How was the show?

Well...I adore Sloan and even when they are not at their best it's still endearing. Seattle was a little bit of a salad bar - and I think they'd agree. But whatever...they played so many great songs. Besides all the new material (which continues to blow me away) they did some of my personal faves Coax Me, Don't You Believe A Word and --- I AM THE CANCER!!! That made the trip down worth it for me.

I brought my friend with me who had never seen Sloan live, let alone know much of their music and came away a FAN...a new convert. I can't wait until the next opportunity I get to Sloan live!

This was a great concert! A lot of new songs and old favorites. Does anyone have the set list they can post?

I ended up picking up a few cd's at the merch booth...also 'The 88' were an enjoyable opening act, so if you've never heard of them, I highly recommend checking them out!
